The Hallel by David Bethel:
An Album with hundreds of voices
Once in a while, an album comes along that does something deeper—it ushers you straight into the presence of God. That’s exactly what The Hallel is. The Hallel as referenced (Psalms 113–118) celebrates God’s sovereignty, miraculous deliverance, and care for the humble, power over nature, enduring love, and faithfulness, calling all people to trust, praise, and give thanks for His salvation and blessings.
From the very first track, The Hallel is an explosion of gratitude, deep reverence, and unfiltered worship. It’s a raw, powerful, and spirit-filled encounter, captured live at the 100 Minutes of Hymns with David Bethel in 2024 at the Oasis House, Trinity Baptist Church – East Legon. What happened that night? God happened! His presence invaded the room, lives were transformed, and hearts were set on fire. And now, through this album, you get to relive it all over again.
This is more than just a project for me—it’s a gift, a mantle, a beacon of unshakable fellowship with God. As you listen, I pray that you don’t just hear the music but that you feel it. That you experience the same presence, the same power, and the same undeniable move of the Spirit that we encountered that night, and more. Testimonies of healing, deliverance, and revival have already poured in, and I know this is just the beginning.
And trust me, I didn’t do this alone. The Hallel is woven with the voices of some of my friends and family in fellowship—Luigi Maclean, Manuel Bless, Leticia Naa, TMC Musique, BB Sterling, and Chika. Each of them brought their unique sound, heart, and anointing into this project, making it an unforgettable sonic experience.
Now, here’s where you come in. The Hallel is OUT NOW and streaming on all digital platforms—Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Audiomack, Boomplay, you name it! This isn’t just an album you play once and forget about; it’s one you live with. One that becomes your soundtrack for devotion, your anthems of victory, and your reminder that as long as you stay in His presence, your fire will never burn out.
Before I wrap this up, I need to send a massive shoutout to the incredible team that made this possible. Special appreciation to Mr. Antwi Ebenezer, CEO of Kharis Creations for his unmatched creative direction and event management. And of course, my brother Richmond Nortey (Rich Keys), who walked every mile with me in producing this album—you are a legend and the entire crew made of amazing singers and musicians. I am grateful to Pastor Kingsley Appiagyei (My Spiritual Daddy and Global Lead Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church) and the entire Leadership and media team at TBC, Accra.
